Domestic Shipping
[Shipping Options]
Below are a list of shipping options available:
- Convenience Store pickup: 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart (Taiwan Main Island and Offshore Islands Convenience Store Branches)
Note: To collect items at convenience stores, a valid ID that matches the name of the package recipient must be presented. Please ensure the recipient's name is correctly entered before placing the order. - Standard Delivery: Taiwan Yamato Logistics Delivery Service (only available for delivery within the Taiwan Main Island)
[Delivery times]
- In-stock Items: Shipment will be arranged approximately 3-5 business days after the order is placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Pre-order Items: Shipment will be arranged approximately 14-28 business days after the order is placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). If a single order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will be shipped together once all items are in stock. We are unable to provide separate shipments for individual items.
Note: Typical delivery time is 2-3 business days, subject to the actual delivery schedule of each logistics provider. Delivery may be delayed during holidays or due to unforeseen natural disasters. We appreciate your understanding.
[Troubleshooting Unreceived Mail Notifications]
If you do not received a delivery notification via email, the following situations may have occurred:
Please verify and correct your membership information or check the spam/junk mail folder.1) Incorrect email information, or
2) the email being marked as spam.
※ If you have selected convenient store pickup as your shipping method, you may receive SMS messages from convenient stores to notify you the shipping status. If no messages were received, the potential causes are:
1) incorrect mobile contact information,
2) SMS advertising block enabled,
3) full SMS inbox, or
4) mobile phone being turned off may result in failure to receive SMS notifications.
5) SMS notifications are also not supported for non-Taiwan mobile numbers.
※ For items not collected from convenience stores, the item will be returned 7 days after arrival at the store. If you forget to collect the item and still wish to purchase it, you will need to place a new order as we cannot resend the item directly.
[Temporary Suspension of Convenience Store Service]
If the convenience store branch you selected is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you to update the collection store and reship the item.
Overseas Shipping
For our international orders, please get in touch with us via email (info@ancolife.co) to discuss shipping options and arrangements.
In the e-mail, please provide the following information: 1) items you would like to order, 2) your shipping address.
Due to international regulations and manufacturer restrictions, we are limited in what and where we can ship our items. If your order can be fulfilled, you will receive a custom order form in which you can proceed to make your purchase.
Note: Additional taxes, duties and fees may incur for packages being sent across borders. Please check with your countries' duties and customs clearance regulations for international parcels before placing your order.
