Return and Exchange Methods


1. Product Evaluation Period (for Domestic Shipping)

   You have 7 days to evaluate the product after receipt (including holidays).


   Please note the following types of items are not eligible for a 7-day evaluation period according to the "Exceptions to the Right to Cancel Communications Transactions Guidelines." Make sure to read the relevant instructions carefully and confirm your intention to purchase these items. Contact customer service with any questions before placing an order.


   These exceptions include: opened audio-visual products such as CDs, newspapers, periodicals or magazines, perishable food items or those with a short shelf life (about to expire upon return/cancellation), customized products, and opened personal hygiene products.


2. Return Instructions

   If you need to return a product, please contact customer service via email at info@ancolife.co within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide your "name," "order number," "contact phone number," "name of the product to be returned," "reason for return," and "photos of the product." Our customer service team will get in touch with you.


   To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and undamaged by non-human causes. The 7-day evaluation period under consumer protection law is for you to reconsider and confirm the product meets your needs, not a trial period. Keep the original packaging (including the outer box) intact and provide a receipt or proof of purchase, otherwise, the return will not be accepted. Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:


   - The product evaluation period exceeds 7 days.

   - The product has been used or damaged by human factors such as stains, faults, damage, wear and tear, scratches, or dirt.

   - The product packaging is damaged or incomplete, or the invoice or accessories are missing.

   - Malicious or excessive returns.


3. Return Process


   Submit a request (within 7 days of receiving product) → Return/Exchange request review (2-3 business days) → Send back the complete product and invoice (2-3 days) → Return/Exchange product review (3-5 business days) → Receive refund/ship exchange product

*Note: for international orders, the return processes may be prolonged due to customs and logistics.


4. Refund Instructions


   Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


   If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.


   - Credit Card Payments: Upon successful return confirmation, the amount will be refunded to the original credit card. If the refund process crosses the credit card billing date, the fee will be refunded on the next month’s statement.

   - ATM Transfer/Cash on Delivery: Upon successful return confirmation, the refund amount will be transferred to the bank account you provide.


   Note: If a discount coupon was used in the order, the refund will be processed after deducting the used amount. Discount coupons cannot be refunded.


5. Exchange Instructions


   Exchanged products must be unused and undamaged by non-human causes. Keep the original packaging (including the outer box) intact and contact customer service.


6. Shipping


   Except for defective items, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note for international orders: Please note we are unable to refund any taxes or additional fees that may have incurred during customs.


   Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
